Applied neuroscience
The principles Dr. Paret teaches in hypnosis, reading non-verbal signals, the gaze, rhythm and presence, apply wherever one person meets another: in business, communication, coaching and leadership.
Dr. Paret was among the first to spread NLP3 and neurocoaching, which broaden NLP and go beyond it by giving the non-verbal priority over the verbal. With applications in business, coaching and relationships, and in the pre-hypnotic dialogue.
Where it applies
- Business and sales: understanding the depth of rapport with the other person and sensing the right moment to propose and to close.
- Leadership and teams: leading with presence before words.
- Negotiation: reading the signals that arrive before the answers.
- Communication and media: speaking in public, in front of a camera or a room, holding attention with the gaze.
- Coaching and relationships: the preliminary dialogue that creates safety and opens the way to change.
- Attention, study and screens: attention and self-hypnosis techniques for students, young people and anyone who spends many hours in front of screens and computers: concentration, stress management, a more balanced relationship with screens. They can also become part of train-the-trainer programmes for trainers and teachers.
Learning and languages
Dr. Paret speaks eight languages and developed his own method for learning languages, which he first applied to himself; hypnosis makes it faster and more natural.
Companies
As a trainer and consultant, Dr. Paret has worked with international companies such as Ferrari (Ferrari-Maserati Group), Deutsche Bank and L'Oréal, bringing the reading of non-verbal signals and the management of relationships into organisations.
In company courses the main themes are personal presence, charisma, non-verbal communication and leadership.
