Leadership from Potential. How Mesmerismus© unlocks what is already there.

Have you ever worked in an organisation where everything functioned — processes, roles, results — yet something was missing? A certain vitality. A direction that is felt rather than read in reports.

In the most evolved organisations the decisive point is not coordination. It is the quality of the state from which people observe, decide, communicate and act. From that state true solutions emerge — or do not.

In Dr. Marco Paret’s work, coaching develops autonomy, responsibility, creative power and coherence — guiding attention toward possibilities that were already there, simply not yet visible.

The coach’s work is precise: to allow the coachee to bring attention to their own potentials, understanding the natural drivers that already move them. The engine is already running. Often it is simply covered.

Potential, Not Just Performance

An effective organisation sees its people first and foremost in terms of potential. Performance shows what a person expresses at the moment of measurement — a photograph. Potential opens the field of growth, creativity, new solutions — a film still in progress.

To get the best from people, conditions must be created for them to access what already exists within them but has not yet fully manifested. Nothing to add. Much to release.

From here a precise idea of leadership emerges. The leader is the one who creates meaning, develops synergy and maintains coherence in the group — so that the organisation can make maximum use of its internal resources. The human factor returns to the centre. Where it always was.

Luxmind© — The Structure of Real Change

The Luxmind© model is first of all a model of direct fascination obtained through physical means — but it contains much more than a simple procedure. Applied to the organisation it becomes a precise map for guiding the state of the group toward what is needed.

Focusing — clarifying the objective with positive orientation, before communicating it. The group perceives the direction from the leader before the words arrive.

Suspension — interrupting the automatisms of the logical mind. Emptying. Those full of urgencies overwrite instead of listening. Those who know how to open create space — and in that space others open too.

Emergence — allowing ideas, intuitions and new solutions to appear. Those that saturated logic cannot reach. Solutions arriving in this space often surprise by their simplicity and effectiveness.

Action — translating everything into concrete, verifiable action. With the charge of the field created, not with willpower.

Effective change arises from the union of presence, attention, intuition and action. An organisation working this way develops greater flexibility, more creativity, more strategic clarity — and a better capacity to face complexity without losing its centre.

Fascination as a Leadership Tool — Three Levels

When we speak of fascination in the Mesmerismus© approach, we speak of three different things operating on three distinct levels. Confusing them means losing the precision of the instrument.

First Level — Fascination with Luxmind©

Think of when you have been stuck on a problem for hours. Going in circles. The same ideas, the same objections, the same dead end. Then you go for a walk — or wake in the morning — and the solution is there, clear, almost obvious. What happened? The rational mind stopped. And something deeper could speak.

Luxmind© does not wait for this to happen by chance. It produces it deliberately, through precise techniques — physical, non-verbal, direct. The nervous system reaches the Zero Point: the logical mind suspends, stops going in circles. But in that space emptiness does not arrive. The opposite arrives: an energisation of the deep mind. Hidden resources emerge. Intuitions appear. Solutions come from within, they are not installed from outside. The coach then accompanies this emergence toward concrete action.

This is the Luxmind© cycle: blocking the noise, igniting the potential, growing the direction found.

Second Level — Ocular Fascination

You enter a tense meeting. Before anyone speaks, you already feel the atmosphere. There are those who radiate alarm with every micro-gesture, every anxious glance, every short breath. And there are those who — simply by being there — lower the temperature of the room.

This second type does nothing special. They have a steady, calm, tension-free gaze. Vertical posture. Regular breathing. And the nervous system of others responds before the rational mind intervenes — because our nervous system reads signals of safety or alarm in others in a biological, primitive, automatic way. This is co-regulation. This is ocular fascination.

To the gaze other elements are progressively added: axial posture, quality of breath, magnetic silence, grounded physical presence. Each element amplifies the field. Together they produce something that colleagues feel without being able to explain — that certainty that the situation is containable, that there is someone holding the situation.

The leader trained in Mesmerismus© learns to produce this field intentionally. First within themselves. Then — through their presence — in the group.

Third Level — Understanding Spontaneous Fascination

Every person already lives within a field of spontaneous fascination — a set of attention habits that orient their gaze toward only certain aspects of reality, leaving others in the shadows.

A simple example: a manager who sees risks and problems everywhere — and is genuinely convinced their view is realistic. A colleague who sees only opportunities and systematically ignores obstacles. Both are under the effect of spontaneous fascination: their attention has been captured by only one part of the field, and that part has become their entire reality.

This unconscious fascination determines behaviour, blocks and repetitions. It explains why certain errors always repeat. Why certain conversations always end at the same point. Why certain resources — though present — are never used.

The coach trained in Mesmerismus© learns to read this field with precision: where the coachee’s attention concentrates, what they systematically do not see, which possibilities remain outside their map. And instead of correcting them frontally — which produces resistance — they accompany them from their own direction of gaze toward potentials that were already there and had not yet been seen. Change is not imposed. It emerges. And when it emerges this way, it lasts.

How the Three Levels Work Together

In the same session, often within the same hour, the three levels operate in natural sequence.

Ocular fascination creates the co-regulation field: the coachee feels safe, the nervous system lowers from alarm, it becomes possible to access something deeper. Fascination with Luxmind© opens the Zero Point space: the rational mind suspends, deep potentials activate, solutions emerge. Understanding spontaneous fascination guides the direction of emergence: the coach knows where to look, knows where the coachee does not yet look, and brings attention there at the right moment.

The result is change that the person experiences as their own — because it arises from within, not installed from outside. And what arises from within has roots. It stays.

There are simple secrets for developing this capacity at all three levels. They are transmitted. They are learned. And this is exactly what we transmit in our programmes.
