Yes this is possible! The methods outlined here on how to mesmerise yourself is part of what we teach in our courses. There are many different ways.
The faster you can create a 'full magnetic power condition' and then touch your forehead with your finger, the faster you will feel heavy & sleepy.
'Full magnetic power condition' is where we attract a lot of energy, especially energy which is very magnetic. The magnetic power of the moon is an example of this or the power of a big tree like in Marquis de Puysegur time…
We can say that it is like a battery in a hand phone or a laptop. Before we magnetize / mesmerize people or ourselves, we need to charge our body with magnetic energy. This is the most important thing in magnetism! If we magnetize people too often but we never charge our magnetic body, it’s not safe for our health because it will decrease our energy.
What exercises to use?
In eastern methods, they read a spell / mantra with some breathing techniques.
In a more universal way, they use a triangle breathing technique, like take a deep breath in 7 second, hold it in for 7 seconds, and exhale slowly in 7 seconds… Just do it in 5 until 10 minutes in everyday… It’s just to make sure, not to use the original energy of life when we magnetize people…
If we want to see it from a wider perspective, self mesmerism is possible. But in reality it should be practiced developing self-awareness of the body that is always connected to the universe, otherwise you will just recycle your limited energy and results would be limited.
Instead, if you work on awareness of the body you will feel and have more energy that could be distributed in the body. This is a very important point.
This is a presence practice. It must be understood that presence is not “self-mesmerism” …it is an important part of (self-)mesmerism….if not indeed the most important one. Not to be present is like driving a car without engine. But to enable the mesmeric fluid …you bring your car also to the filling-station. It is possible to self-magnetise with passes…..and self-harmonise your body with mesmeric passes. I love to combine this with the light-exercise from Marco and the meditation exercise from the Vipassana Retreat. Some “Mesmerists” seems to have no idea how to help themselves and so a teacher of the “Domancic Method” told me: “Well, you can´t do this by your self, go and seek for someone who will help you”
For understanding why awareness is so important we could say that there two elements coming in play. When we have two people we have the actual movements and actions and thoughts, and the state of the person upon which these are put in action. The subject upon which is operating should be the more possible in the non verbal self, that is less in thinking and more in perception, that could correspond in a certain way to the fact that is brought in a state of enhanced (or better natural) general perception. Also the operating person should hold the maximum in a state of presence (so the same he must be in contact with his non verbal self), otherwise he couldn’t get well in contact with the other. In ensues that working alone on yourself presence is a basic state that makes the rest possible (and easy).
The best way is to Learn the ‘Presence’ is Practice it every day . This way you will be aware of .. 1 ) how very important this is . 2) What part it plays in the work of Mesmerism as well as all the other benefits it can bring . Many people think they knew what this meant before I was given guidance . Normally they are wrong . Actual experience is the only way .
